Sergei Voitishkin is the Firm’s CIS managing partner, as well as the head of the Corporate & M&A practice group. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate law matters. Mr. Voitishkin has advised major multinational and Russian clients on structuring acquisitions and corporate reorganizations in various industries, including oil and gas, manufacturing, the chemical and metals industries, FMCG and the banking sector.

Education and admission
Mr. Voitishkin graduated from the Law Department of Moscow State University in 1997 and also holds a degree in linguistics from the Moscow Institute of Foreign Languages. He was admitted to practice law in Russia in 1998 and is a member of the Russian bar.
